hair change incoming!!!

SO i asked my hairdresser for the price of a special HAIR CUSTOMIZATION!! my idea is start to give shape to my hair with a jellyfish hairstyle, bleach and dye it brown with raccoon tails and blonde strands !!😼 i want to wave my hair too but i think its too short but NOTHING is impossible!!!!!!!! ijust hope it's not that expensive GOOD MORNING AND GOOD DAY EVERYONE!!^__^
