Working life as a Nanny/Sub

Ugh today was extremely hard. I had 8 babies to take care of today and to top it off my coworker was of little to no help. I had to change all 8 baby's diapers while she just sat there and didnt offer any help or even to bring them to me. Other than that my tax refund came in the mail and I was able to get some food and smoke before heading inside for the next. Im excited for the future. I have a nannying case for an autistic child and I'm excited to take care of them (also being autistic myself) fingers crossed the parents aren't weird.
