Introduction! ^0^

Heyyyyo! My name is Neptune :3

I'll start with a little basic DNI: (basic DNI criteria) transmeds, radfems, and "Fujoshi"s or any woman who fetishizes gay relationships, the same goes for men who fetishize lesbian relationships. Lastly: Spacehey user MYDERBATS

I'll go ahead and preface by saying I don't like a lot of people. If we don't click, I probably will avoid talking to you. It's nothing personal, I just have a hard time getting along with most people! I tend to not invest any time into relationships I don't care about developing. I have an especially hard time getting along with very emotionally touchy people. Sorry in advance if I'm accidentally rude or harsh. I don't mean to come across that way! (most of the time heh, there are def times I do)

I have had a Van Gogh hyperfixation since November of 2021, and an Edgar Allan Poe hyperfixation since March (?) 2022. 

I'm a stereotypical emo who is obsessed with art history. I am extremely well-versed in impressionism and post-impressionism, and generally well-versed in modern art and renaissance art. While [post] impressionism is my favorite art era, I'm also a huuuuge modern art lover! I could ramble about my favorite artists FOREVER so I'll keep it brief, my favorites are Van Gogh, Caravaggio, Edouard Manet, and Joan Miro!!

I am also a huge literature fan! My favorite book is The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. My favorite author is, of course, Edgar Allan Poe!! I love all of his poems and stories. While I love the irl Edgar, I also love a book made by Scott Gustafson called "Eddie", a fictional story about Edgar Allan Poe's childhood, and I would say my hyperfixation is equally on that than it is the real Poe. Next, I have a deep interest in the corruption of organized religion, specifically Christianity and Mormonism, so one of my all-time favorite authors is Brian Evenson. I especially love his book "Last Days", but I would recommend any of his works to any psychological horror fan. I also read a lot of books about art history, but I could talk for hours about that, so if you are looking for recommendations on a specific time period or person, feel free to ask me!

On tv / movie media: I had a South Park hyperfixation for around 1 year 2 years ago, and it will forever be one of my favorite shows. But currently, my favorite show is Clone High. I've been a fan since 2020 and have many Clone High OCs who are my sckruncklies. I'm also a big Family Guy fan. On the movie side of things, I love American Psycho!! Patrick Bateman is my baby girl. I also love the Pixar movies Coco and Encanto. Especially the soundtracks!

I am a HUUUGE music lover! I am Will Wood's #1 fan, I listen to his music for probably 4 hours a day at least. My all-time favorite Will Wood song is "Hand me my Shovel, I'm going in!" But my favorites right now are "Cicada Days" and "That's Enough, Let's get you Home" (and Cut / Clap for y'all true Will Wood fans >:3) I'm also a big Front Bottoms and My Chemical Romance fan! I really love Midwest Emo music. I have a really hard time liking new music, I usually stay in my comfort zone in the 10ish bands I like. That being said, I listen to music all day! If I don't listen to music for over an hour I start to lose my mind a little. Misc other bands I like: Falling in Reverse, Kult, Jack Stauber, Tally Hall (and Miracle Musical), Mook, and Jukebox the Ghost!
