The Moon will Square the Sun from 9:45 am on November 10 until 12:36 am  on November 12.  
* The Square between moon and sun will be exact at 4:46 am on 11/11.

Nov 10 - The First Quarter Moon brings a challenge.  The moon has moved 90 degrees from the Sun, and enters into a Square aspect.  Squares create tension, and bring to attention something that needs compromise or healing.  In this cycle, the Moon in Fixed Air sign Aquarius is squaring the Sun in Fixed Water sign Scorpio.  Often the challenge of the First Quarter Moon can cause us to lose momentum or motivation in working towards our goal; but rather than giving up, think about what Aquarius wants to teach Scorpio.  

Our Scorpio goal was related to Change and Transformation, or finding value in non-material things.  The First Quarter Moon is a good time to check that the progress of working on your goal includes allowing yourself to change and grow through your experiences.
