Tooth situation getting worse!

More of my tooth of filling come out and I'm in more pain. My exam is next week, and hopefully, I'll get pain meds to hold me over the the appointment where they resolve the issue. I hope I don't have to lose another tooth, but I'll accept whatever needs to be done.
