panic attack (poem i guess!)

my chest is hurting 

sweat dripping down my face 

feel like i’m going to die 

my body is in pain.

time doesn’t feel real all of a sudden

it has stopped 

i am desperate to get out 

need to get out

need to leave.

i feel sick to my stomach 

i don’t want to vomit 

i’m scared.

my heart is pounding 

i don’t feel real 

am i going to die?
