Personally I find a much more fascinating question to be "does anyone else exist?"
You are aware of your own consciousness - if you have one (which I'm only able to assume you do). But you're unable to confirm that anyone else is conscious and/or sentient - or even that they exist outside of your own perception. Our relationship and interactions with the universe are built on our ability to take in and interpret stimuli, but there's no way to know if that stimuli truly matches up with the universe we live in.
So, I guess I have to ask the same question as you - do you exist?
