✨ astral projection??

wwhat is it??

hi!! i recently learned about astral projection from a friend, and it's been a really interesting topic to read about!!

what do i know about it??

so far.. pretty much nothing!!

i only know that for astral projection to occur, is for your body to be asleep while your brain is still conscious.. and then you somehow separate your soul from your body and fly around and stuff..

i dont know!! this is why this is kinda confusing :(
