For some unexplained reason I've been thinking about the English vocal tracks for Guilty Gear XX a lot recently so I feel like rating each song in L.A. first and i'll do N.Y.
I use a stupid rating system cause numbers are arbitrary so i'll use my patented garlic bread scale: Stale bread being indifference, Decaying bread means i hate it, Cheesy Garlic Bread means I love it to bits, and scores in between are just for the sake of me being pedantic and specific

it's mostly the chorus that brings it all together for me
it seems the song its mostly about Ky's Holy Orders mentality cause he should be in his "what have i done" phase but that's fine Holy Orders Ky is still sick

he sounds too manly and brooding, he's trying his best but it's may
there's this youthful lovey dovey melancholy to the lyrics that i just don't fully feel because the singer isn't right for this song, but i like his voice

I get what it's trying to do but i just think they executed it horribly, the lyrics don't feel elaborate enough to feel like Testament dialogue and the singer just isn't flowing right with the instruments but the heart is all there
