ok so idk if anyone will see this but like do yall ever get this alienlike feeling out of nowhere? like you just don't exist or you feel like no one else sees you. Ur just a ghost or everything is slowed down and it feels like you're underwater?

im not sure if this is exactly what you feel, but it feels like my body is just a vessel for something else. im so much more aware, everything gets so much brighter around me but everything goes quiet. it gets so slow, and i'm not me anymore. and nobody seems to notice it. it hits me like a train and sticks around for a while.
yes i get this feeling!! ik what it is from but i sometimes feel like its only me who feels that way ;p
