this deserves it's own blog post just because i'm so excited! i don't even know what to do with myself!
my bfs little sister wants to go see them for her birthday (i didn't know she liked them but i am very proud) and his parents offered to pay for all of us to go!
i'm literally so excited i don't even know what to do i'm literally shaking OMG and i SCREAMED when i heard that we're actually GOING!
kathleen hanna, her bands, and bikini kill, especially, literally changed my life; riot grrl as a whole genre/movement changed my life. i'm so excited to be able to see them live, so excited to experience it with my boyfriend, and just so excited to finally have something i can look forward to other than graduation.
all in all: today was great and i'm so fucking excited!
