 https://www.ddrpcgamer.com/Stepmania-tutorial-2.htm This guy explains how to download Stepmania on PC. Most of the links work, and you can actually download it but it's a very old version of the game.

 Speaking of Stepmania, here's a pretty old website (which is still active to this day). It allows you to view all the song lists from every DDR game ever released and download them.
