If you're like me, you're a dedicated scene/emo kid but also have little disposable income. Dollar Tree is one of the most accessible budget stores being the cheapest, and with over 15,000 locations.. widespread to say the least. I've picked up and seen quite a lot of cool things there recently, and felt it my duty to share it with as many people as I could. Here's a very much non-comprehensive list solely from my memory: 

Kandi Supplies

I feel like not everyone knows that Dollar Tree has an incredible and ever-expanding craft section! Including but not limited to

-Various Beads (wood, glass, "pearls", letters, glitter, multipacks, different shapes & colors)

-Multipacks of Colored Elastic String

-Charms in Toy and Party Favor Section (including seasonal) 

-Storage Containers 

-String Lights & Slinkies to add ~inside~ large cuffs

-Buttons

-Jumprings & Lobster Claws (for a fancier kandi kid)

Hair Products

Ah yes, hair. It’s the most iconic staple of the scene subculture. Thankfully, DT wants to preserve that legacy.

-So Many Hair Bows, Clips, Bands, & Wraps 

-Plastic Tiaras

-Hairspray (spray bottles & "environmentally friendly" cans)

-Heat Protectant Spray 

-Dry Shampoo

-Hair Mask

-Teasing Pick and Combs 

-Animal Print Combs

-Hair Cutting Scissors & Eyebrow Razors

Accessories

Arguably the most expensive and hard-to-find in everyday stores. Luckily, DT has your back if you know how to look! 

-Striped Fingerless Gloves in Black & Pink, Grey, White, Blue, & Navy (also comes with regular pair of gloves, my personal favorite) 

-Chunky/Cheetah Print Sunglasses 

-Fishnet & Regular Tights

-Black & White Tank Tops (can be colored from tie dye in craft section) 

-Plain Neon Tees & Long Sleeve Shirts (sleeves can be cut to make leg warmers)

-Decorative socks in all sizes/styles. From cheetah to stripes to pandas & tacos... they have all the iconic scene graphics (could easily be turned into arm warmers too)

-Fairy Wings 

-Scarves

-Cheetah Print Messenger Bag
