So, when I joined Spacehey not too long ago, I could not message anyone because of their settings. I'd like to spread some information. 

You can message other people if you change your settings.

First, go to the home section and (by your pfp) look for Account Settings. Scroll until you find an option to change message settings and set it to whatever you please.
