Military and worklife🤦‍♀️

The way I thought working for a small business would be good despite my personal issues with military I still decided to work for a military and poc woman owned business that does axe throwing and escape rooms. Usually any job I've ever worked at is fine with you being a few minutes late(like 1-5 minutes late). So I had no idea she wanted me there early before my shift started since I was never told. PLUS. When two of my tires got slashed I had called in twenty two minutes before my shift, told the manager I can't come in cause of it and he said okay that's fine if you can't make it in after trying to get me to come in when I had two flat tires, then proceeded to lie about it all to the owner who I was told to call but she was dodging calls of course. I even left a voicemail but yesterday I got an email being like of yeah this confirms our conversation that your fired cause I was told it was just a flat tire. Now I gotta figure out what to do since the third person in my house is a mooch and eats everything she sees and yes my partner makes really good money but I hate it being all on him for stuff for us
