its probably stupid to be this excited about something like this but ive never had an actual job before? i got offered a job by the manager and he told me he would hire me on the spot :0, im gonna fill out the app soon and hopefully i get hired :D its at a grocery store tho thats CONSTANTLY busy so im a bit nervous? any tips would be appreciated lol

Be ready to help, but look up your rights as a worker. Don’t give up your breaks or do any work without being clocked in, and don’t let them make you feel like you have to come running on a day off the second they're short handed. I know that might seem like weird advice to someone at their first job, but people just starting out are the most likely to be victims of wage theft and mistreatment my management.
Do your best, and never underestimate your worth!
