Microsoft Powertoys: the function that should have been added a while ago

So I was scrolling the other day around the net and found something that did not exist when I was working as a computer engineer: the possibility to fix programs over all the others.

This sounds quite stupid, but almost a year ago you had to install an external third-party program to be able to put something always on top, this means that if you were copying references for example with only one screen you had to go back and forth which was quite annoying.

After noticing this I thought "hey the world should know about this" so I proposed to myself writing a bit of a blog on it to let everyone here know about it!

I think it is very useful for anyone who wants to have more tools for advanced users to control how they work with their computer!
