friends are complicated thing. they can be real useful to you, like for your mental health, but at the same time, probably the root of your problems. theres friends that has only caused more mental torment and just made me develop some serious trust issues. high school for me has been literal hell. i heard ppl say that hs was like the peak of their life, hs for me has been probably the main source of all my depression. the reason why is not because i kept meeting new ppl each new school year, and when the next year come by the just stop talking to me
