right click it and copy image link/url and then if you want to use it on a blog or bulletin, press the little image icon and paste the link in the url box
if you want to use it on your profile, use the code here https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_img.asp and paste the blinkie's url from before inbetween the quotation marks in img src="" :D you don't need the alt="" or width/height="" parts so you can take those out
