quick harsh vocal update

a few months ago i used to be able to fry scream but now i just completely forgor i cant do it at all now when i first started learning how to do it i could do a small scream but now i cant even do that

 anyways my high pitch screams are getting better nd im working on doing low growls cuz i fucking suck at doing them
