Was on my semi-usual Starbucks run today and was absolutely delighted with my drink and snack but as I’m opening my treat I realized I’ve had nothing but sugar all day. I should probably try a No or minimal sweets diet or something. YOLO n all but my family is predisposed to diabetes and blood/heart illnesses 😭 I can’t win!!
