The forest floor asked me if I’d like to dance, and how could I say no?
Mist soft and sweet beneath my feet and stars above aglow
The dandelions kiss my skin as round and round I spin
And to the trees I give my name, a final fatal sin
I’ll dance until I am no more
A feast for all the toadstools
But I’ll live on in wind and rain and softly falling leaves
And the river whispers on the breeze
Come dance with me again
