I've been a BFDI fan since around May or June 2019, so I think I might be qualified to make a post like this. While I do greatly enjoy BFDI (and a few other object shows,) I thought this episode was kind of... lacking. I haven't really enjoyed many of the newer episodes since they started hiring more people. One of my favorite qualities of the show was its homemade-type quality, especially evident in the first two (three, I guess, but seeing as IDFB was only one episode, I just count it as another BFDIA episode in my head) seasons. I also miss the silly animation with the Algebraliens, like the shitty shape tweens and the general insanity whenever they were on screen (think about the scene where Four eats Pillow in BFB 13. What the fuck was that!)
Despite all of this, I still absolutely LOVE the series. I really like Death PACT Again - duh, they were my favorite in BFB, too - and I especially like the addition of Marker. He's one of my favorites as of late, aside from Bell and Pillow. On that note, Just Not is a really fun team, too, I think. All of them are funny, and Price Tag is my favorite newcomer, despite me not having voted for them to join the show back in 2020. Sorry I look at this through the eyes of a small child, but, hey - technically I am one.
I really hate the Clock and Winner conflict, and I hope it gets resolved. It reminds me of some stuff I've done to people I look up to... I voted for Clock, because I don't want a character arc to be abandoned due to twelve year olds with little to no critical thinking skills. I dislike object show fans who aren't older teens, for some reason... I've had pretty bad experiences with the irritating side of the community, like in 2020... hey, wait, I was one too! I suppose it's weird to dislike the people who like something if they're the target demographic of it, objectively speaking, but I don't really know.

I heard from a friend that TPOT 3 didn't start production until this January, which might account for the lacklusterness of the episode. (also it seems very unsustainable and a confusing decision considering TPOT 2 came out.. almost a year ago?)
but yeah the writing choices this episode were bizarre
