Y2K fashion! And my opinion on fast fashion!

I can't even explain to you how much I love the Y2K style!! Like I like all of them. I was born in 04 so I had the end of the Y2K style and into the 2010's pop star style. Lately the Y2K trends has been coming back and I love that for us! I see people with crinkle hair, chains, necklaces, baby tees, low rise jeans.. YOU NAME IT I've noticed how hard it is to find certain type of clothes for certain type of people. Like for plus sized and petite people it's hard to find cute clothing or Y2K clothing to fit their aesthetic and style! There is also an increase in fast fashion (SHEIN, ROMWE, CIDER ETC..) because how cheap and cute the pieces are. As a person who 1.Is broke 2.Can't find cute clothing, I find it hard to get clothing from other places. You may say "how about thrifting?" or "how about depop?" The thrift stores near me A. either don't have my size or B. too expensive! Depop is also expensive! If we wanna make a change can we try to make or find good ways we can include any and everyone?
