sooo today i had my first therapy appointment and my therapist just recommended to keep writing a bunch and idk where to shove it bc I wanna do it digital but google docs is like my worst enemy so here I am!!! doing like daily journaling stuff
silly little list of positive things that happened today;
I ate like decently nutritious stuff!! i also played some guitar. AND first therapy appointment ever DEF step in the right direction.
one thing that irked me about my therapist though is that she kept saying I was "very mature", which like ya but that's only because of trauma and I honestly really wish things weren't that way.
along the topic of more negative things; I am pretty behind on schoolwork atm. I've got 10 assignments I need to do. BUT my online friends and i are gonna start doing little work VC things so i think that will help!! i tend to procrastinate a lot with stuff until like a few days or hours beforehand so </3
i also have a physical science test tmr which AAA i was not there for stuff bc i was out Monday, Tuesday, and most of Friday. I was helping take care of my mom on Friday (she had a stroke and was really prone to seizures), and she passed on Sunday.
honestly might make a separate post ab my mom passing bc yeaaa
OH my dad also said i can sign up for ice skating lessons again!!! so I'm super excited ab that bc I've never in my entire life exercised nearly enough so i honestly really think that will help me.
I'm so glad and grateful for my friends honestly, they're all such kind and amazing people and RAAHAH AH i love them so much!! today has been a relatively good day, aside from the stress of schoolwork.
anyways ya!! first little goofy journal post and idk how to sign off or end this at all so uhhhhm yea.
i WILL say i also rlly like this format bc its just me getting my thoughts down and not proper writing like i usually do, this is a lot more relaxing n stuff!! I'm very glad ab this.
