PHYSICALLY ILL FROM SORTING THRU MY SHIT

going through my stuff from whence i was on drugs, living in squalor i feel SICK that shit has Energetic Residue from Bad Times i cant, it makes me sad and sick and i dont know what to do like it Physically gives me a headache and hurts my stummy i cant touch that shit i feel like ima YACK. into the flames it goes  i feel so sick pls go away i wanna feel better also i found an adderall in there also ive been off hard drugs since last feb!!! its been almost a year!!! good job sunshine  i still feel sick tho its like looking at physical pieces of chapters in my life and i want 2 YACK i might pull trig
