publishing my book

Nah cuz like ik i am horribly impatient but like why the fuck is the publishing process so long. I just want my book to be out, i wanna be able to hold a physical copy of it. I want my friends to be able to have it. LET ME HAVE MY BOOK ALREADY!!!!!! I have been working on this for months, it was supposed to be out last year.  What is pissing me off the most is the raidio scilence about when it will be out or updates on how it's going. Anyway i just really want my book.
