Life Update #1 -- First Credit Card Approval

Life has been going well so far. I still have a touch of bitterness from falling out with one of my friend groups recently, but I know I'll get over it once I'm done processing the whole situation. And stuff like that happens, so it is what it is.

I'm excited about being approved for my first credit card, though! Got bullied (/j, it was playful) into promising to buy a teeny book series by a special someone though, smh. Which I'll do as soon as it actually comes in--

I also bought a 3D printed toothbrush holder several days ago and it's being shipped now. It looks really cute and I'm excited to hopefully be able to take it with me whenever I move out on my own again.

I'm learning how to take care of myself again, slowly adulting instead of trying to rush in all at once this time. I feel a little behind, given that I'm already almost 22, but I'll make do. It's fine to move at this pace. The end results are what matters.

The next step to gaining autonomy for me is to get a new pair of prescription glasses, since I recently got hit by a truck and fucking lOST them. It wasn't that bad, nothing in my body was broken. Aiming to get blue-light-filtering glasses this time, since I spend so much time in front of the computer working on my writing and programming! So I'll tell you all how that goes.
