Prions

Please do not read if you don't want to be needlessly scared. 

Prions pose very little problem to humans and are not projected to do so.

Prions scare the fuck out of me. They are such a horrendous fear.

There is nothing we can do to treat them.

They seemingly act alive by having incredible modes of infection and spreading. (They rather quickly enter the blood stream from the intestine and make their way to the brain insanely fast. They utilize deer salivation to have themselves spread through the saliva into the environment)

We know very little about them.
