What's Going on Today

What's up everyone! I know I said in my profile that I'm a vampire and everything. Well, for the most part, I've got other things going on too. To begin with, I'm a sophomore English major in college, my best friends are Hannah and Emily, and I have a pet hamster named Daisy. I don't have a boyfriend (but I'd like one), and some day I'd like to have two kids, a boy named Henry and a girl named Junipera. I almost forgot! My own name is Veronica (I don't have any nicknames).

Today is a gloomy day and it looks like it's going to rain. It's cold outside, so I have a blanket on my lap, a candle lit, and a book in my hand. Daisy is running on her wheel, getting more exercise than I ever do. Tonight's dinner: pasta alla vodka, topped with parmesean. I'm trying to eat healthier, but I can't quite cut the carbs out completely. Besides, what's life without a little hubris?

Anyways, my book awaits. I hope the clouds give up their load soon so I can hear the peaceful pattering of rain while I read.
