Help 0_o

So ik this isnt really the best place 2 get help 4 this but idk where else 2 go, so basically my handz alwayz feel dirty nd so I keep washing them but itz been around a week since this started happened nd I've washed my hands probably more then 150 times so now my skin on my handz r dry nd peeling nd my handz get scabz easier now so I also have a bunch of scabz on my hand nd I cant really use lotion cuz I hate how it feelz nd I'll just wash it off anywayz so....help meh
