Hi again Usagi!! At the start it hurts 2 eat (especially if they’re the kind that needs 2 be tightened) but the pain goes away promise!! My teeth were pretty bad b4 so the start was pretty rough but honestly, I don’t think anyone really listens to the restrictions haha I myself don’t and still eat a lot of hard candy LOL
