I started making tsukidani at home. I feel like an algae eel. Like stories of people who transform into snakes, except I would become a fishtank cleaner. I learned to put it on cheese and toast from the comic Hime no Dameshi. I want to use it as a pizza sauce since I learned how to make thin pizzas from a youtube recommendation (dough has to be 72 percent flour, 27 water, then oil, yeast, salt, sugar... food processor pretty much mandatory).
