I’m in a friend group of 4 and we are on school holidays. I miss them and asked them if they wanted to go to the beach on Friday. One of them said they couldn’t go. If the 3 of us go but 1 can’t, am I the asshole? Idk if that counts as leaving 1 out but they can’t go. I really want to go to the beach with my friends but if it looks like 1 is being left out then what do I do?

* you could always ask them if it's alright. or you could attempt to reschedule. I think if they don't mind y'all going, it shouldn't be an issue, and asking to reschedule would probably make them feel a little better.
