i want to cry!

i chew my nails all the time! and the other night, i had a really bad session and now my nails are the shortest they’ve ever been (REALLY short!)! i always eat a little bit of the skin around my nails, and i did something with my left thumb, because now one side of it is really painful and it hurts so bad whenever i put pressure on it! 😭

and i’m sad because since i’ven chewed on them for so long, i probably have a very slim chance of them growing back properly! my hands look so disgusting! they’re the size of a nine-year-old’s hands… i know this because they’re literally the exact same size as my cousin’s daughter!!! my nails look so disgusting! my thumbs look like amogus thumbs because you can see flesh above it! and sometimes when i see people’s nails i have the urge to just take over their body and chew their nails
