Learning the Bass

Hey all! So - I got a bass for Christmas. I've named it Atomsk for hopefully obvious reasons, and while I'm not currently all that good at it, I've been trying my damndest to get into it!

I've found a few bands with pretty consistent tabbing that I've been collecting so that I can work on songs one by one. So far I've been able to get pretty good at keeping up with SLEEPY HEAD by The Pillows, and while that song is really simple it's super fun to play! I'm hoping I can start learning songs with more than a single string soon too lol.

If anybody has suggestions for bands/songs with good bass to learn as a beginner, please let me know!
