Back at it again 2 share my feelings
I feel guilty for things that I don’t even know of. There’s no way u could’ve done anything to be guilty abt cause I haven’t done anything bad recently or been mean to anyone but idk. I always feel sad after hanging out with friends along with that wave of guilt
WHAT DO I DO??
I feel like maybe I need a therapist so I can stop burdening everyone else with my problems but then I feel like me saying I need a therapist is making me an attention seeker but Idek.
That’s another thing though, every time I share my feelings I feel like im just doing for attention or something but I know I’m not..
im in quite the perdiciment

it’s not attention seeking to share your feelings. it’s attention seeking when you interrupt or speak over others to share them. asking to seek help is the furthest from attention seeking.
