EDIT: this list is a little outdated, you can find even more and better themes on my carrd!
over time I've collected a bunch of themes to use with extensions that can make a website go back to it's old form!! here are the ones I currently have...
SkeuoCord - NOT ACTUALLY AN OLD THEME, but it's a skeuomorphic discord theme that's very cool!
YouTube Redux (2013-2018 YouTube) - This is barely accurate but has many customization options.
7ktTube (2016 YouTube) - Better and more accurate old YouTube theme.
Cosmic Cat (2012 YouTube) - This theme is a WIP! It's missing a few features but still mostly working at the time of writing this.
ROBLOX 2012 - REMEMBER!!! You need the BTRoblox extension for it to work!!!
ROBLOX 2008-2011 - This one also requires BTRoblox and specific settings.
Instagram 2014 - Since Instagram's new layout the theme has a lot of glitches. The creator tried their best to fix them.
DeviantArt V7 (pre eclipse) - As the theme says, not every page is supported. There are also a few glitches but they aren't bothersome at all.
Bonus vid on how to transform your computer to a Windows 7 theme - There is also a Windows XP version on their channel but I haven't tried it.
Bonus old Internet Explorer & Netscape themes for Firefox
All of these require Tampermonkey to install. Enjoy!

i luv the roblox one.. but when I used it it wuz very glitchy? do u know how 2 fix that?

what a powerful little list you have compiled.. but i believe that there is a better place for it! search out the bottom of the forums and find Web, Tech, HTML! there you will find a home for this fairly good list
