i got to go home early for mental health reasons(vent)

i got to leave school early bcs I had like the worst mental breakdown of all time about a situation and I dry heaved in the bathroom for a good 10 minutes. a lot of shit went down and I wanted to legitametly die right there and then. i texted my mom that I was having a mental breakdown and she said okay imma call ur dad and have him pick you up. so in the middle of 1st period i got to go home early. the only  good thing my parents have ever done to help my mental health. i wanna just dissapear but i have ppl I care about that I cant leave
