how do i stretch my ears?

so i want to stretch my lobe piercings (9 years old and fits a 14g) to about 00g or 11mm, and i dont know how to start or what supplies i'll need.

my bf stretched his super fast with acrylic tapers and had to stop because it was tearing 0_O

--- anyway if u have gauges pls may i have a crumb of advice i am clueless

i dont stretch my ears personally but i think you just need to do it slowly and carefully, if it hurts too much dont continue and let your ears rest for a bit before stretching again, get proper equipment to do it incase your ear rips and stay safe
