me and cringe culture (RANT)

tbh im not that into cringe culture anymore. i kinda left all that shit in 2018 when i just embraced the cringe (and even became it, but imma not get into that).

although, in recent years, it seems to be a trend to enjoy kawaii kitty scene shit we left in 2006. and while, yes, this site is meant to represent a time like that, i just cant help but to hate it so much.

a lot of people who are into that kind of scene really just annoy me. they talk like 2006 emos and scene kids and are overall just pretty annoying. im not saying that everyone who is a scene kid is a reincarnation of cringe itself, but most of the people who still act like that annoy the hell out of me. i cant bear to hear that rawr xD shit anymore tbh. if you're into that whole scene thing, good for you. but to me, it's really annoying.

and to talk about people with a kawaii aesthetic, it's gotten so out of hand. these people who still use leet speak and have goofy names like "gutz" or "bug" or "snufffilmmadeinrussiathatisactuallyjustleakedfootageofanantirussianspybeingtortured" has ruined hello kitty for me. i was never into hello kitty, or the kawaii aesthetic. but when i see someone with sanrio as a pfp or background and they talk about gore or snuff, it just annoys me. no one thinks you're cool, no one thinks you're edgy and dangerous and mysterious, we all just think you've skipped a shower or a hundred. it's also even weirder when they're black metal fans. like, no, you weren't in a pink mental asylum where you witnessed brutal murders in your past life, katelyn, get the hell over it. idk tho, i might just be a cynical douchecanoe who hates fun and joy and happiness and everything good in the world. so, kill me and lambast me for being a fun hater if you must, but these opinions probably won't change.
