December 27

On the exact date of December 27, 2021, my Auntie's Dog, Dioji, was scheduled to meet and spend an eternal life with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. 

This was extremely hard to draw considering the events that transpired at that time, where I had just witnessed death at play for the first time. I tried to shake it off knowing that she was very elderly and it was her time to go at this rate, but that image of her frozen body had forever haunted me. 

In contrast to her old age, Dioji had a great life; from barking for no reason to playing with my brothers and I, the little one was always wanting cuddles and to be cuddled. 

Had I noticed this sooner, though...
