I've been listening to music all my life. I made the decision to put together a band in 7th grade with a few of my closest friends. I created the band because I thought it was cool how a lot of my favorite bands and artists created something so big and rad that people related to their songs and created a fan-base or giant family, what I'm trying to say is that I made the band for people to have some positivity in their lives and to be apart of something where they can belong, but my one question is, how the hell is a band supposed to make it in the world? Of course you've got the bands of today's emo rock scene, but how is a band from the Midwest supposed to make it if no one pays attention to them? There's also a lot of people who hate rock music and the sub-genres that come along with it, but in the words that Andy Biersack once said, " Stand up for what you believe in, even if it means standing alone.",that's what I intend to do, I'm going to stand up for what I believe in, A lot of bands have gone unrecognized but I'm just trying to be someone, man.
