New year resolution challenge- Please give me ideas!

For next year rather than having one big new year's resolution I want to try monthly or weekly challenges. I see these videos on YouTube and want to try the challenges but don't feel like making YouTube videos, though I might update here, especially if people are interested

Here is my list of ideas so far:

No/low social media usage

Do a workout program

Watch/read all entertainment in Japanese

Healthy eating

10000ish steps a day

Low/no caffeine

Go on a no buy

Read a certain amount of Japanese a day

Try a capsule wardrobe

Do a decluttering challenge

Meditate everyday

Wake up/sleep at a certain time

Go for a walk every day

Try intermittent fasting

Watch a new movie each day

Work on finishing old projects for an amount of time each day

Use AI closet to pick outfits


These are my ideas so far but I would like to hear any suggestions people have. Hopefully these can be interesting and improve my life.

You need to have a manic episode where you do all of this and see how you feel after it

I would not have enough energy in a day for that xD though I might pick a couple of my favorites and do them at the end of the year.
