BJD stuff

I've finally gotten around to making an outfit for my most recent doll. I had ordered a dress for her, but I guess it got lost in the mail, so I decided I'd just make something. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  

I've had her for a few months now, but I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted. I knew I wanted it to be sort of gothic, to go with a pair of demonia-ish boots I got for her but not much else. Then I saw some really cool dolls on pinterest, wearing these poofy empire waisted babydoll type dresses layered over long sleeves and I really loved the silhouette. So I've been working on that. I've got her shirt and socks made, and I'm still working on the dress. I'll have to see if I can post a photo when I'm done! ^__^

In other BJD news, I think I've discovered my next doll (unfortunately for my savings account lmao). I was drooling over pics of Koitsukihime dolls (look them up, they're absolutely gorgeous), and I stumbled upon a thread on DOA where someone mentioned a company that has face sculpts that look similar to Koitsukihime. They're called Alice in Labyrinth, and I'd never heard of them before so I looked them up, and yeah they definitely have the look.

I'm seriously considering placing one on layaway. She's 500, which is def on the pricey end for me, but it sure beats the 40K+ I'd be dropping on a Koitsukihime doll. I don't have a whole lot of space rn, so idk where I'd put her, but I really love these sculpts. I'd also love to have a 1/3 scale doll, all of mine are 1/4 or smaller. Someone take my debit card away lol.
