How mt diet is going

Last Time I was talking about the diet that I was doing, in my last blog post and how it was going, and now something bad has happen.


This last halloween(well where I´m from we don´t celebrate it but whatever) was my brothers birthday, we celebrate it by making a dinner consisting of pork barbecue ribs, lemon chicken wings, two cakes one from her girlfriend of vanilla with crea,m baileys and chocolate ganache; and another from my mother which was chocolate with a sweetned condesened milk glaze and cream.
I ate of everything that day(except the pork ribs). the next day I had two pair of wings with some yuca with water. And the next day a big piece of cake was leftover so I ate it for breakfast and for lunch i had a small portion of the ribs(leftover from the party) with some steamed broccoli. In both of the last two days I didn´t ate dinner.

As of today, I ate my usual breakfast yogurt with some cereal, themçn I was looking at myself and saw that I wasnt okay, so idecided to check myself at the scale, I´ve gained 3 kilos since then, right now I´m 71 kilos, I was supposed to loose weight fast for my age but nothing. I panikcked and was making some lunch, chicken breast with carrot and steamed broccoli and cauliflower, but I trew everything away. and haven´t eaten anything yet. 

I have decided to start a new diet I will eat nothing but breakfast and if I get hungry or dizzy I will just drink some just juice. so far it has been working my head hurts a little but it is necesary for my health and weight lost.

I just once did I had a moment of failing my diet before this I ate super early and was finishing some house work but I finished late and was making lunch by 1 in the afternoon, while I was making lunch I felt dizzy and my legs were shaking I tought I was going to faint so I went quickly and grab a cookie for my sugar levels to rise up, but I passed the rest of the day not being able to stand up straight.

My family says I should start doing exercise again, but it was the exercise which brought me here in the first place, all the weight I gained while lifted and rope jumping brought me here. Something diferent that I have been doing is walking my dog longer distances, my house is on a pretty elevated hill, which I used to walk regularly but I will just walk a little bit and then go back home. Now what I´m doing is going all the way down walk maybe 200 meters and then go all the way back home. the only problem am seeing is that I feel like my thigh is growing which I don´t want beacause already I don´t fit in my jeans already and I don´t want to buy new ones.
