Can I just be that girl for a few minutes and geek the fuck out ???
I am struggling to articulate just how happy, excited, enthralled I am to find this site.
Myspace was the coolest, happiest place online for me, from 2008-2009. I got my start later than my peers, and because I was still using a dial-up connection that late into the 2000's I could barely even manage my own page back then!
I used to have friends and my boyfriend at the time "manage" my stuff since my parents wouldn't let me login very often.
Actually, my mom was one of those parents that straight up refused to let me have a myspace back in the day. To her, it was just a place where teenagers went to get picked up by creepers. while she's not wrong, I ironically never had any such experience on the website, but I DID on Facebook when I was still a minor. go figure.
So yeah, long story long, I am excited to have this. And you can bet your buttery buns I'm going to have fun with it! <3
