Doki Doki madoka cosplay review!

Hey yall! I wanted to review the company DokiDokicos today, because I've always wanted to make reviews for cosplays but haven't ever purchased from websites other than amazon, so here is my first review! I've been a cosplayer for over a year now, and I think I've got a pretty good perspective and good vs bad quality, so here we go! (not sponsored)

I'll be reviewing two items today, the Madoka Kaname wig, and Madoka Kaname SR cosplay.

WIG

Quality - 9/10

I was very impressed with the quality of the wig! The hairs are soo soft, but not too thin! The wefts are thick too! The color was not to bright or dark, perfect for madoka. The base wig itself has short layers on top that get longer in the front, along with two long pieces near the temples. Of course you'll have to style it and trim the bangs yourself, and it's very easy! Great for styling. The only con I noticed was a small amount of fallout, but it was very minimum. 

Price - 10/10

The majority of wigs on DokiDoki are under $15. This was $10 dollars, which is AMAZING because of how great the quality was! If you're short on money and need a good wig for a specific character!

Shipping - 8/10

It took a bit long, but mostly as expected, around 2-3 weeks.

COSTUME

Quality - 10/10

The dress is absolutely gorgeous. It's very accurate to the character and is WAYY better than the average madoka dresses on amazon. I'm not sure if you can tell on camera, but in real life it's significantly better. The fabrics are thick and shiny, and the gems at the bottom of the skirt are actual gems sewn on instead of printed. Also, the skirt piece itself is very voluminous, despite it being just one layer. It would be perfect for someone who doesn't own a petticoat, however, I wore mine for a giant fluffy magical girl look. The other pieces like the socks, gloves, and necklace were great too! It's honestly better than the picture looks. The only bad thing was that one of the buttons fell off, which you can see in the pictures.

Sizing - 2/10

I know I said that it looked really good, but when I actually wore it, it was way too small. Of course, you'd think this would be my fault, but the sizing chart had my measurements listed to be a large, so that's what I got, and it was very small. I could barely zip it up and had to have someone help me, and when I did, I had trouble breathing. This was mostly the top piece and the sleeves. The skirt piece was fine, but it was a bit short on me. My underwear would show if I slightly bent over. The thing that sucks the most is that this was the LARGEST SIZE, and I couldn't fit in it even though I'm kinda young, and that really hurt my self esteem :( I would say I'm about a bit bigger than most cosplayers, but not by much. This costume would really only be suitable for young teens and very petite people. I'm really sad because it's such a beautiful cosplay, but I can't wear it. I managed to slip it on, but it ripped a hole on the side, which made it slightly bigger. I most likely won't wear it again.

Shipping - 7/10

The item was listed as presale, which means they haven't actually made any yet. I got it after waiting four months, which is actually pretty good for a presale item because usually they arrive in eight months. It was still pretty long though. One thing that I liked about this and the wig is that they emailed me updates every time an item arrived at a particular place (airports and stuff like that.)
