Stretching my septum

My septum is healed now (I think lmao) and now I want to stretch it but idk where to get the jewelry from. I tried to look on the stretching sub reddit (probably wasn't a great idea) and saw some jewelry but they ALLL have bad reviews. I don't really know the first thing about stretching but I think I want to dead stretch or whatever it's called. If you have some advice please leave it lol
