i hate exams. i am not good at memorizing. but, give me a project to complete and it will be the best damn project you have ever seen, heard, touched, smelled, maybe not tasted (i am not that good a cook). and i mean, the topic i am studying is all practical problem solving wherein outside resources will always be available. why can i not simply prove i can put into action my understanding? instead i have to merely know how to do certain specific actions for the purpose of passing exams, which is dumb. cos now i am concentrating the time i have to learn specifically each subject into passing exams, not learning the practical ins and outs.
long-term negative.
also i am doing exams like a month early, and so that means i have less time to prepare. for courses whose grading schemes are 90% exams, and narrowing it down 50% final exam. so, dare i say, retarded. it is the definition of backwards. it is the definition of old-fashioned and known to be ineffective in the long-run. it is an easy way to "gauge one's knowledge on the topic", but it is a terrible way of truly being able to figure out who can and cannot actually solve and put into practice the problems and methods of solving, respectively.
αλίμονο να περάσω σήμερα. αφού μου αρέσει πολύ αυτό το μάθημα και θέλω να συνεχίσω με τη πληρφορική. θέλω να τα καταφέρω
